Thank You for Making Farm to Table So Special

Thank you for joining us at our annual Farm to Table Gala at the Beaverbrook Country Club last Sunday. Your energy, your voice and your support ensures clean drinking water; protects verdant forests and fields; provides places for people to hike, bike or fish; and preserves farms that grow the local food on our tables.
We are very grateful to all the volunteers who helped make this very successful event possible, and to the two terrific chefs who donated their time and talents to create such a memorable meal: Matt McPherson of Matt’s Red Rooster Grill and Julie Klein of Lovin’ Oven.
We also want to extend our deep appreciation to our local farmers and Farmers’ Market vendors who participated: Apple Ridge Farm, Best in Bloom Bouquets, Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse, Comeback Farm, Fieldstone Coffee Roasters, Griggstown Farm, Locktown Farm, Phillips Farms, Purely Farm, River Lea House, Sandbrook Meadow Farm, Sweet Valley Farms and WoodsEdge Farm. Special thanks to Alex Sawatzky of Sandbrook Meadow Farm for his presentation.

And a big thank you to our sponsors: Rick and Kathy Wolfe, our cocktail hour sponsors; Ron Subber and Martha Wood, our dessert and first-course sponsors; Basil Bandwagon Natural Market; Matt’s Red Rooster Grill; ShopRite of Hunterdon County; and Peragrin LLC.
Ironbound Hard Cider graciously donated the cider for our toast; and Spada Flora’s Botantical Artistry created the beautiful display at our wine and cheese station. Thank you!
We also deeply appreciate support from: Central Wine Merchants, Stockton Fine Wines & Spirits, Landscape Design Group Inc., Market Roost, Gattuso Media Design, and Sergeantsville Grain & Feed. Thanks also to Lauren Theis for designing our lovely event logo, and to all the individuals and businesses who donated items for our silent auction.

And last, but by no means least, our heartfelt gratitude to our Farm to Table Dinner Committee: Nancy Cunningham, Christine Dimas, Denise Dobos, Missy Lee, Deena Roberts, Pat Stover, Judy Wilson and Kathy Wolfe.
