Hunterdon Land Trust Launches New Website

Hello there. Welcome to the new online home of the Hunterdon Land Trust. Have a look around, make yourself comfortable, and let us know what you think. You can drop a message in the “Leave a Reply” section below, share the site with your friends using the “Share This Site” buttons to the right, or send us an e-mail.

While you’re here, you may want to check out some of these features:

• A sortable “portfolio” of the Land Trust’s preserves at Visit a Preserve. Click on a town or activity on the right of the page for a list of preserves in those categories. Each preserve has an interactive map and a downloadable trail guide (if available). We’ll be adding more preserves to the list soon.

• A built-in blog with all the latest Land Trust news, views, events and announcements.

• Social media buttons just about everywhere, making it easy to share your thoughts and spread the word with online friends and colleagues. The buttons to the right are for sharing with your network. The big red buttons at the top are for following us on Facebook, subscribing to our blog, and of course making a donation.

 • Piles of information. The site is designed to be visually engaging right off the bat, with key messages and evocative images highlighted for those who only skim the page. For visitors who want to learn more, there’s additional material farther down the screen and in downloadable files.

• Beautiful photography. The photos in this site are the work of dedicated volunteers and professionals who generously agreed to share their pictures with the Hunterdon Land Trust. Many thanks to Dwight Hiscano, Jill Dodds, Kevin Nelson, Wendy Rasmussen, Penny Carlson, John Costanzo, and the many other photographers whose work is represented here.

Thanks to John Gattuso of Gattuso Media Design for sharing his time and talents to create this website.

Enjoy your visit. Come back soon.
